2. Services Provided
WildCarob offers web-related services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Website maintenance and updates (if included in contract)
- SEO setup and optimization
- Hosting and domain management (when applicable)
- Digital consultancy
All services are provided according to individual agreements or written proposals accepted by both parties.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its server.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the website without prior written consent.
4. Proposals and Quotes
All quotes and proposals issued by WildCarob are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary depending on project scope, additional requests, or changes made after the initial agreement.
5. Payments
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- A deposit of 50% of the total project value is required before work begins.
- A further 25% payment is due upon approval of the design phase (prior to development).
- The remaining 25% is due upon project completion and before website delivery or publication.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods as indicated in the invoice.
Late payments may result in delays or temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
6. Project Delivery
WildCarob will make every effort to deliver projects on time, according to the agreed timeline.
Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late content delivery, approvals, or communication) may extend project completion dates.
Once a project is approved and delivered, any further changes or requests will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
7. Maintenance and Support
Post-launch maintenance, updates, or technical support are not included unless specified in the proposal or under a separate maintenance plan.
Clients are responsible for renewing hosting, domains, or third-party subscriptions unless WildCarob manages them under an ongoing service agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for custom designs, code, and content created by WildCarob remain the property of WildCarob until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership and rights to use the final website for their business purposes.
WildCarob reserves the right to display the completed work as part of its portfolio, online or in print, for promotional purposes.
9. Content and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content (text, images, videos, etc.) for their website.
WildCarob is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from content provided by the client.
10. Limitation of Liability
WildCarob will not be liable for:
- Losses arising from website downtime, hacking, or hosting issues beyond our control.
- Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, services, or software.
Our total liability under any agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
11. Privacy
WildCarob respects your privacy and handles all personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection laws.
We only collect information necessary to respond to inquiries or deliver contracted services.

12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.
In case of termination before completion, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
WildCarob may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website.
